We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Vintage Sale today to help out Seth and Nicky's trip to Africa! Today we were able to talk to Seth and Nicky and here are some things they had to say:
Nicky- What made her want to go to Africa is that she had been having dreams/ visions of her flying in a plane somewhere, but wasn't sure where this "somewhere" was. Finally God showed her some familiar faces, whom were the people on the mission trip to Africa. She had finally decided that Africa would be her destination. She is excited to go to Africa for that fact of seeing the cultural change. She is expecting pretty much what everyone has made it out to be, and she would like to get the reality of humbling herself.
Seth- He says that ever since he was little he always wanted to go and he want to go see their different style and way of worship. He is most excited about spending time with all of his friends and family going to Africa, meeting new people, and interacting with the African children. He would like to take back spiritual enlightenment, come back changed or maybe see a breakthrough. He also would like to learn to worship like the African people, and bring that back home to Louisiana.
